We will have three divisions. Stock, Superstock, and Masters.
Inspection and impoundment will be Wednesday June 3 in the blue barn starting at 5:30. You must be in line by 7:30. Doors will shut at 9pm. If this date is a problem please notify Craig Flury (330-697-4687) or Vickie Beck at (330-388-8200). You will be getting your picture taken at this time for your 5X7.
Rain date will be Sunday June 7 time is at race director’s digression.
Practice runs are unknown at this time.
Saturday, June 6 arrive at the bottom of the hill by the bridge by 9am. to check in. Board members please be there by 8am. You will get your racing t shirt then. A group photo will be taken and then you will go up to the blue barn to get ready to race to crown our 3 new local Champions for 2026. They will represent Akron in the All- American Soap Box Race. Racers will get fed lunch.
Banquet will be held on Thursday, June 25. Awards will be presented then.
The cost will be $50. This includes T shirt, prizes, banquet for racer, and your picture. Other banquet tickets will be for sale at the local race.
You will receive a registration packet which will need to be returned by Saturday, May 16. Send to Vickie Beck, 305 Sagamore Ave., Akron, OH 44305 If you raced last year your packet will come in the mail. If you are new, please contact Vickie Beck about getting a packet. 330-388-8200.
